Lugo performs a wide variety of cosmetic & surgical procedures. Our team worked with Dr. Liana M. Lugo to create a website that promoted her wide range of services and displayed her past work.

Challenge

After almost seven years in private practice, Dr. Liana M. Lugo wanted to design a website that would capture the vast array of procedures she offers and at the same time display her past casework and client testimonials. She also wanted to make her website user-friendly, ADA Compliant, and HIPAA Compliant. These requirements demanded a website that could load and display her content in a fast and accessible manner.

Approach

We planned to create an excellent site that will serve the needs of a medical practitioner who specializes in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Using the latest standards in responsive website design, we coded each page to display perfectly on all devices.  Once we had the backbone of the website coded, we began to integrate the HIPAA & ADA compliance features across the website. Throughout the whole process, we worked closely with Dr. Lugo to ensure that every aspect of the site met her expectations.

Solution

Based on her initial project specifications, we opted to design her website on our platform using responsive web design techniques. This way, all of her content could be displayed professionally across all device types including mobile, tablet, and desktop. To achieve both HIPAA & ADA Compliance, we decided to utilize 3rd party platforms such as Jotform and Userway. This way was both cheaper and safer than designing an in-house system. The result was a website that was both fast and effective at accomplishing Dr. Lugo’s aesthetic plastic surgery marketing goals.
