Keeping Your Clients Informed Via Facebook.

After having their website done, Haynes wanted to make sure they had a presence on all platforms including social media. That meant keeping their page up to date and active. But in their service industry, there is little time for posting and keeping up appearances. Therefore, it was essential that they had a social media management team.

Starting out, they contacted us to have their website professionally done. We gave them just that! We packed their website with bespoke features like eye catching CTA buttons, beautiful display galleries, and great animations. This gave the perfect foundation to build their online presence.

With Haynes' Social Media Management Plan, they were able to give us a list of services they were looking to highlight that month, and we developed a posting schedule to promote those services. In addition to that, we made sure to give their account a unique brand identity through our graphic design services. During their campaign, we highlighted monthly a service of the week, and then a color of the month that tied into the followers birthday. Posts like these gained higher user interaction and developed brand loyalty.

Certain holidays and trends carry a special urge share and comment. Because of this, we made sure to capitalize on these days. For example, on Halloween we suggested painting pumpkins instead of carving them. Below are some of the hot spots we tried to hit.
